3-2-5: The Seat Determines the Quota
In the anticlockwise version, the dealer aims for two tricks, the player to the right for five, and the remaining player for three. The five-trick player chooses trump and opens play.

Write the role beside each name before dealing. Four tricks are above a three-trick quota but below a five-trick quota, so identical results can lead to different card-pulling rights next time. Assess success against the assigned role, not a universal number shared by all three players.
