365in: Missed Wednesday? Resume from the Unfinished Question
Restart a card-practice routine after a missed day. Use the last unresolved question to choose a manageable next session.

Wednesday’s card exercise stays untouched in the notebook. By Thursday, the learner is planning to do three sessions at once to make the page look complete. The growing catch-up plan feels harder than the original practice and makes another postponement more likely.

Find the actual unfinished task
The previous note says, “I can spot the group, but cannot explain the suit condition.” That is a useful starting point. Choose one clear example and practise saying the condition aloud. The calendar gap does not automatically require every skipped worksheet to be completed first.
Keep the record honest
Leave Wednesday marked as missed. Do not fill it with Thursday’s work to preserve an imaginary streak. A record is useful when it describes what happened; otherwise it becomes another performance the learner has to maintain.

After the short restart, use a different example to check the explanation. If it remains uncertain, stay with the same learning objective. If it is clear, move to the next planned topic. The choice follows understanding rather than the number of empty boxes on a calendar.
The learner prepares the next example before closing the notebook. That removes one small obstacle from the following session. A sustainable routine has a way back after interruptions. It does not need a dramatic reset every time work, travel or a family commitment changes the week.
