A Concession Ends the Contest Only Under Its Own Procedure
Conceding a game and predicting a loss are different statements. One may invoke a formal ending procedure; the other may simply describe a player's expectation.

Suppose a practice rule requires a clear concession accepted by the recorder. Saying this hand looks difficult does not meet that condition. A recognised concession can end the contest without playing the remaining cards, but any recorded score must follow the concession rule.
Do not calculate a fictional final sequence to fill in unplayed turns. Record the actual ending event. That preserves the difference between a game completed through play and one ended through an authorised concession.
