Classification and scoring are different tasks
There are three ways to choose two of the three distinct sevens. Those choices overlap: each reuses cards from the same three-card set. Counting them can be a valid combinatorial exercise, but it is not automatically a game-scoring rule.
To score multiple substructures, a rulebook would need to say that they count separately and whether overlapping cards may be reused. Without such a clause, an ordinary full-house classification remains one final five-card hand, not an invented package of bonuses.
Write the operation before doing it
If the task is “name the hand”, identify three of one rank plus two of another. If the task is “count every two-card subset of the three sevens”, the answer is three subsets. The answers differ because the tasks differ, not because the cards changed.
Naming the full house and counting its two-card subsets are different exercises. The subset calculation cannot create additional hands or scores. Those would need an explicit scoring condition of their own.
List the overlapping choices once
Label the sevens A, B and C. Their two-card subsets are AB, AC and BC. There are three choices, but still only three physical sevens. Adding the kings produces one five-card inventory. The subset list answers a counting question; it does not create extra cards, independent hands or a right to multiple scores.
