Declining a Draw Offer Leaves the Position Unchanged
A draw offer proposes ending the game with neither side winning. In an exercise where both players must agree, one player offering a draw does not finish the game.

A draw offer proposes ending the game with neither side winning. In an exercise where both players must agree, one player offering a draw does not finish the game.
A makes the offer while B is due to act. B declines. No card has moved, no trick has been won and the turn remains B's. The conversation about the offer is not itself a card action. If B accepts instead, the agreed draw ends the game under this exercise's rule.
Record the offer and the answer separately. A pending offer is not an accepted result, and a rejected offer does not award points to the player who made it.
