Did the Rule Change or Only the Screen?

A new version label does not say which rules changed. Compare the same mode and clause before deciding whether a difference concerns appearance, wording or gameplay.

Three kinds of difference

Colour, spacing and button placement concern presentation. Replacing a term may concern wording. Changing a required card count concerns a rule condition. A wording change may also alter meaning, so it deserves a direct reading rather than an automatic “cosmetic” label.

Compare the same context

The old and new records must concern the same product and mode. A three-card explanation beside a five-card explanation may indicate different modes rather than a changed rule. Without the older rule text, a precise historical comparison may remain impossible.

State the supported difference, not a general verdict

“The button colour changed” is defensible when both screens show that. “Declarations now follow a different rule” needs the relevant clauses.

Keep translation changes out of the gameplay-change count

If only the Hindi wording changes while the underlying English condition stays the same, investigate whether the translation was clarified. That is different from establishing a new game rule. Compare each language with its earlier version and with the corresponding rule, keeping dates aligned. Otherwise a corrected translation can be mistaken for a platform-wide change in how hands are judged.
