Stick the dealer is an optional Euchre rule. After the first round is passed and the first three players pass in round two, it requires the dealer to choose one of the remaining suits.

With the option active, the dealer cannot make the final pass and demand a fresh deal. Without it, a fully passed second round can end the deal without play.
Set this option before dealing. Introducing it only when the dealer wants to pass changes the decision after the players have already acted.
