Hearts are trump. A trick contains A♥ and J♥. The jack wins over the ace, provided no rule outside this stated version has been introduced. Familiar ace-high ordering cannot decide this contest.
Place the right bower at the head of the trump order before comparing the remaining cards. Its strength comes from its special rank in Euchre.
