Euchre: The Turned-Down Suit Cannot Return in Round Two
If everyone passes the up-card in 24-card Euchre, it is turned down. The second calling round offers the other three suits.

The up-card was 10♣. After four passes, a player may name diamonds, hearts or spades in the second round. Naming clubs again is not one of the choices in this rule set, even if the player now regrets passing.
Keep the rejected suit in view when checking a call. Round two broadens the choice beyond the up-card, but specifically excludes that earlier suit.
