Hearts: One Queen and Two Hearts Make Fifteen

A captured trick contains Q♠, 4♥, 8♥ and A♦. Its penalty is fifteen. The diamond ace contributes nothing to this sum, although it may matter when reconstructing who won the trick.
Calculate the trick winner and the trick's penalty separately. Counting every card as a point would produce four, which misses the queen's special value.
