IND Club: A Quiet Seat Changed the Whole Explanation
Replace colour-only directions with named symbols and labels, so players can identify the intended tile without repeated guessing.

During a club puzzle, every instruction refers to “the red one” or “the green one”. Dev keeps asking which tile people mean.
Rather than guessing why he asks, the host asks which labels would help. Dev prefers a number and a position for each tile.

Use labels everyone can identify
They mark the tiles 1 to 6 and describe the board as top row and bottom row. “Tile 4, bottom left” becomes easy to follow.
The colours remain available as extra clues. Nobody has to remember a colour name as the sole way to identify a move.
One player speaks while another points. They pause between moves so the group can verify the same tile before the next instruction.
The host notices that even confident players make fewer “which one?” interruptions. Clear references can help more people than the person who first requested them.

Check the smaller image
For a phone photograph, keep the numbers legible. A colourful board shrunk into a small WhatsApp image may lose details that were clear at the table.
Before replacing a familiar naming system, explain the new one once. Mixing old colour names and new numbers without a mapping can create another confusion.
At the next gathering, the host offers labels before anyone struggles. Players can choose the description that works for them.
The club keeps its ordinary conversation and laughter. The change is small: every instruction now has enough information for everyone to locate the same thing.
