Literature: A No Gives the Turn to the Player You Asked
If the opponent lacks the requested card, that opponent becomes the questioner. The turn does not simply move to the next seat.

An uncertain question therefore has two effects: it may reveal absence and it may hand initiative to a particular opponent. Consider what that player already appears to know before asking. A useful search is still sometimes worth the risk, but the recipient of the next turn is part of the decision.
