Mendikot: A Two-Two Split Makes the Trick Count Matter
When both sides capture two tens, the team with at least seven tricks wins under this version. The ordinary trick count becomes the deciding test only after the tens are tied.

Do not abandon low-value tricks on the assumption that only tens ever matter. Once a two-two split is likely or established, preserving an extra winning card can decide the deal. Reassess the objective as information arrives rather than playing every stage with the same priority.
