Mendikot: Six Players Need a Different Pack Count
The documented six-player variant removes the four twos, leaving forty-eight cards. Six players can then receive eight each while sitting in alternating teams.

The documented six-player variant removes the four twos, leaving forty-eight cards. Six players can then receive eight each while sitting in alternating teams.
Recount the pack before dealing rather than correcting unequal hands afterwards. Removing twos changes the smallest rank available, but does not remove any of the four target tens. Team memory also becomes harder with more participants, so track public tens and trump plays without using private signals.
