A Go Fish book of four contains every suit of one rank in the single-deck game. Three matching cards remain in the hand until the fourth arrives.

With 9♣, 9♥ and 9♦, you still need 9♠.

Displaying the three as a completed book would remove the very rank that allows you to ask for the missing card.

Keep them together privately until all four are present.

When the Go Fish book of four is complete, show it and set it aside.

Count completed books separately from attractive three-card groups when comparing results.
