Rummy 365: The Final Discard Cannot Remain Inside the Declared Hand

An arrangement can look complete in a fourteen-card working view and become incomplete after the final discard.

An arrangement can look complete in a fourteen-card working view and become incomplete after the final discard. The final hand must be checked after removing that card, not while mentally keeping it in its old group.

Follow the membership change

In a teaching example, a working group contains 4♥, 5♥ and 6♥. If 6♥ is selected as the discard, the remaining group has only 4♥ and 5♥. The discarded six cannot continue to supply the missing position in the final arrangement.

The same issue can hide in a screenshot. A card placed visually beside a group may already belong to the discard area, while an earlier preview still shows the old grouping. Record the accepted discard and use the resulting hand inventory for validation.

Count once, then inspect the groups

In a stated thirteen-card flow, drawing produces fourteen working cards and discarding leaves thirteen. A diagram that still uses all fourteen positions has not completed the required removal, even if every pictured group looks plausible.

A Rummy 365 explanation should display the removed card separately and list only the surviving cards in the final groups. This makes the conclusion testable. The declaration must be supported by what remains in the hand, rather than by a card that was useful a moment before it left.
