Saga Slots: Exchanging Two Cards Should Not Leave Seven in a Five-Card Hand
An exchange replaces cards.

Editorial note: This is a conditional card-rule teaching example, not a verified description of the named platform.
An exchange replaces cards. A draw adds cards. Confusing the two operations can change the hand size without permission.
Follow both sides of the exchange
In a non-money five-card exercise, the stated rule allows two cards to be exchanged. The player identifies two cards to leave the hand and receives two replacements. After the exchange is complete, the hand still contains five cards.
Keeping the original two and adding the replacements would produce seven. That is not the same operation, even if the interface briefly displays old and new cards together while illustrating the change.
The timing of the transfer needs a rule
Some teaching procedures remove the selected cards before showing replacements; others may display a preview before committing the change. The actual acceptance boundary determines which cards belong to the final hand. An animation is not permission to use both versions.
For a Saga Slots card-rule lesson, record the original inventory, the removed identities and the incoming identities. Then reconstruct the final collection without duplicates. The exchange limit concerns how many cards may be replaced, not how many extra cards may be retained. This is a defined teaching procedure, not a claim that the named service offers a five-card exchange mode.
