An unresolved payment summary becomes confusing when a request, a promise and a receipt are all described as the same event. Use a separate sentence for each, and leave out any event that has not happened.

The request

“Meri request is date par record hui thi. Abhi usi reference par pending status dikh raha hai.” Insert the date from the record. This describes one request and its observed status, not a new request each time the screen is viewed.

The reply

“Is date ko mile reply mein kal tak ka time bataya gaya tha.” This records an assurance in a reply. It does not establish that the money arrived the next day. Keep the original wording so the promise is not made stronger in translation.

The receiving entry

If no matching credit is visible in the available receiving record, say that. If there is a possible match but no reference connecting it, describe it as unconfirmed. Do not write “mil gaya” merely because someone said it would arrive.

Put the sentences in date order

The resulting account should show what was requested, what was said and what was actually observed. A missing entry can remain missing; it does not need a guessed explanation to make the story read smoothly.

Keep full account details and private references out of public copies. A demand for another payment is another message to preserve, not proof that the earlier amount has been received or released.
