Wininr: Two Actions Inside a Turn Are Not Two Turns
In a defined card exercise, a turn consists of drawing one card and then discarding one.

Editorial note: This is a conditional card-rule teaching example, not a verified description of the named platform.
In a defined card exercise, a turn consists of drawing one card and then discarding one. Completing those two actions uses one turn. A Wininr rules explanation should count the unit named by the rule, rather than treating every button press as another turn.
Actions form a sequence
Drawing moves the exercise into a different phase of the same turn. The required discard finishes that sequence. The existence of a second phase does not grant a second draw.
An extra turn needs its own permission
If a rule awards another turn after completion, a new draw-and-discard sequence may begin under that rule. That is different from drawing twice before finishing the first sequence. The latter would need a separate exception.
Describe a disputed record with action names: draw, discard, turn completed. Merely saying “two moves happened” leaves the relevant structure unclear. This distinction also helps explain why an interface can accept multiple inputs within one turn without giving the participant additional turns or changing the rotation of players.
