When describing an account problem to another person, a short message is often clearer than a screenshot full of private information. Hinglish can keep the explanation natural without giving away a password or OTP.

A message you can adapt

“Mere attempt par error dikh raha hai. Maine message ka text aur dekhne ka time note kiya hai. Password aur OTP is message mein share nahi kar raha/rahi.”

This says that an error appeared, that its wording and time were noted, and that secret credentials are not included. It does not claim that the account is blocked or that a particular technical fault has been diagnosed.

Add only the detail you know

If you have the exact non-sensitive error text, quote it. If the time is approximate, say so. If the message is no longer available, “exact wording yaad nahi hai” is more accurate than writing a remembered phrase as a direct quotation.

One sentence to avoid

“Account permanently band ho gaya” adds permanence and an account-level conclusion. A generic error does not support either. Describe the screen instead of escalating the meaning.

Before sharing, read the message once as a stranger would. Can they understand the symptom without seeing your phone number, password, OTP or full account identifier? If yes, those details add exposure rather than clarity. Keep any sensitive originals outside the public conversation.
