A version notice and a permission request ask different things of the reader. Translating them into Hindi should preserve that separation. The words available, required and optional cannot be exchanged simply to make an instruction sound more fluent.
A version notice states availability
“New version available” can be rendered as “नया संस्करण उपलब्ध है”. It does not itself say that access to contacts is required. Translating it as “आगे बढ़ने के लिए संपर्कों की अनुमति देना जरूरी है” adds a condition absent from the original.
A permission request needs its own text
If a separate request appears, record and translate that request separately. Keep conditional words such as “if” and optional language such as “may” where the source uses them. Do not convert an option into a compulsory step.
A compact record can identify the source, observation date, original sentence and its Hindi meaning, without account details.
Keep optional language optional
“You may review the notice” allows a review; it does not require permission to contacts or any other unrelated action. In Hindi, “आप सूचना देख सकते हैं” preserves that choice. “सूचना देखने के लिए अनुमति देना ही होगा” introduces compulsion and an extra condition. Check each verb and condition separately before turning a short notice into a longer explanation.
Read the two lines independently
Place “New version available” beside “Contacts permission optional”. The first line concerns a release; the second describes a choice about data access. A Hindi summary should preserve both facts: “नया संस्करण उपलब्ध है। संपर्कों की अनुमति वैकल्पिक है।” Joining them into a sentence that makes contacts access a condition of the release would change the message.
